This is a year long project and of course the CG wips are works-in-progress and will finlaize in time and become animated for our final indie film in mid July 2013.

SHIFTERS

Shifters are a sentient form of light. Each personality has a different hue. Shifters have a grey natural skin tone when human. They may flush the skin tone to various human shades. They may also use environmental colors like a chameleon.

They use a shifter sound to communicate shifter to shifter. As humans they use human vocals and as animals, they use the animal vocal. However, each shifter in the animal clan can also communicate mind to mind.

Shifters may transform into any animal form, but tend to stay in the one form they know.

HYBRIDS

Hybrids are half shifter and half human. They no longer have a light form or hue color. As human they are a human skin tone. As an animal, they have the animal characteristics.

However, when transforming from beast to human they do acquire their own natural shifter skin tone. This varies from clan to clan. They may stay in this shifter skin tone as long as they choose until flushing the human skin color.

Hybrids have only one animal form their DNA allows.

Hybrids can communicate as human vocals or animal vocals. They do not have a shifter form of communication. However, within each clan, those who are chosen to be mates can communicate mind to mind.
